We are looking for a Administrative Associate to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Research Triangle Park, NC.

As an Administrative Associate in Agricultural Solutions, you will support our Regulatory Sciences Crop Protection Department in Research Triangle Park, which is an integral part of our Crop Protection business. You will be responsible for prioritizing and completing tasks to support the Head of the Department and the Leadership Team, and to facilitate the day-to-day operation of the department .

During your time as a Administrative Associate, you will

• Process invoices, create purchase orders, execute ordering of office and laboratory needs through direct vendor contact or through SAP procurement systems to ensure all needs are met for work continuity
• Coordinate department and leadership meetings including scheduling, moderator assignments, logistical and technical support, and tracking action items
• Develop training materials and other documents via Power Point or other suitable formats
• Coordinate in-person workshops and events, and participate as needed
• Support travel arrangements and expense reports completion
• Handle needs of the team (new hire onboarding, order office supplies, etc.) and manage projects or special requests in addition to daily responsibilities.

If you...

• Have minimun HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate 6 or more years of administrative experience (supporting Executive roles is a plus)
• Demonstrated experience with SAP (laboratory procurement, creation and service of POs) and knowledge of general accounting procedures, accounts payable, and travel & expense reporting.
• Are highly proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Power Point, and Excel, cloud-based information management and collaboration systems, and flexible to learn new applications as needed.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Have excellent organizational skills and can work in a dynamic environment to coordinate and prioritize various diverse activities to meet critical deadlines.
• Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information appropriately and interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
