Pay Information$33.17 - $38.32 per hour ShiftPositions available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts Job PurposeAssure Molds produce quality parts through:Preventative maintenance, maturation, repair, and tuning.Daily troubleshooting Key AccountabilitiesWork on daily activities as assigned by the Team LeaderRespond to equipment / mold downtime and recovery issuesMonitor equipment / mold for potential problems identificationPerform quality & running efficiency improvements to the mold / tooling.Perform all phases of equipment troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic systemsPerform scheduled preventative maintenance plans & activitiesMaintain COP of work area and department issued toolsObserve and promote all department safety policiesQuality confirmation of completed work Qualifications, Experience, and SkillsMinimum Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum Experience:Minimum of three months experience in the mechanical and/or die mold maintenance field (including Co-op experience) preferred.Other Job-Specific Skills:Application of engineering and manufacturing principlesIn-Depth understanding of manufacturing processes. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic 2D and 3D CAD tools.Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively both with customers and internal project teams.
