You must be someone who has worked with demanding founders or CEOs, managed complex calendars, navigated shifting priorities, and has an understanding of the nuance required to support a high-performing, high-speed executive. You don’t just keep up—you anticipate, adapt, and elevate. You know how to protect time, hold boundaries, and make space for a visionary to do their best thinking.
