As a Clinician on our team, you will provide vital mental health and/or substance use services via our outpatient clinic, school-based, and telehealth settings. You'll work with diverse individuals, couples, groups, and families, with opportunities to creatively design group programs.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Perform thorough clinical assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
+ Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans.
+ Provide skilled clinical interventions to foster client growth and change.
+ Manage continuing care needs, including aftercare and support services.
+ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and meet productivity targets.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and insurance standards (including commercial and Mass Health).
+ Engage in regular supervision and cultivate strong professional relationships.
+ Demonstrate autonomy and effective time management, with availability for 1-2 evenings weekly.
**Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
+ Independent license: LICSW or LMHC.
