**Job Title: Mailroom and Facilities Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Mailroom and Facilities Associate to join our team. This role involves working in the mailroom to ensure efficient package delivery and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of office spaces for meetings and daily operations. **Responsibilities** + Deliver packages on campus to designated locations. + Prepare and clean office rooms for meetings to ensure they are presentable and organized. + Perform cleaning tasks around the building as needed, maintaining a tidy environment. **Essential Skills** + Basic understanding of mailroom operations and package delivery. + At least 6 months of experience in janitorial work. + At least 6 months of experience in customer service, demonstrating effective communication and service skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No specific educational requirements. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees and strives for high performance and extraordinary client service. The position requires a full-time commitment, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Pleasanton, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
