Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to join a thriving organization in Palo Alto, CA. In this key role, you will oversee the smooth operation of day-to-day office functions and ensure the team has the tools and support needed to succeed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Manage office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships. + Coordinate administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. + Oversee office budgets and assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking. + Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address operational needs and workplace concerns. + Support onboarding of new employees and maintain office policies and procedures.
