You Are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
+ Release Planning and Execution: Developing release plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing the execution of release activities.
+ Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the release.
+ Process Improvement: Implementing and improving release management processes and workflows.
+ Communication: Communicating with stakeholders, including leadership, to ensure transparency and collaboration.
+ Quality Assurance: Working with QA teams to ensure the quality of the release and identify defects.
+ Post-Release Support: Providing support and addressing issues that arise after the release.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
What You Need:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Release Management type role
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle C2M
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Systems: Knowledge of Oracle products, such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle EBS, is highly desirable.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience with Release Management Expertise: Experience with release management processes, tools, and frameworks.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Bonus Points If:
+ Experience in the Electric Utilities Industry
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
