Job# PV-1120

Facilitate the release delivery process and manage scope and dependencies across products and teams. Coordinate release schedule and resources required depending upon third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.  Work with production application managers/delivery team leads to ensure scheduled changes take place with little or no impact to the business (and when applicable with proper notification to the business).  Ensure all application documentation is properly updated and signoff has been received at each phase of the cycle. Ensure that policy, regulatory and control requirements are satisfied through execution of standard transition checklists and procedures.  Produce and manage forward-looking timelines for release windows and cycles across a portfolio of applications. Own and drive the delivery of releases on a weekly/monthly cadence. Manage cross-functional team dependencies and consider UiPath's business priorities when scoping, planning, and certifying an application/change release into the production environment. Coordinate with cross-functional groups on cross-team dependencies and ensure that all software processes, systems, and infrastructure are prepared and coordinated throughout release readiness activities. Support product teams in successfully delivering projects and products that may spawn across multiple departments and geographies. Work closely with engineering and other stakeholders' teams on identifying dependencies and critical issues and help drive them to resolution. Rationalize business priorities and technical requirements with cross-functional teams, effectively managing cross-functional communication to all stakeholders. Manage release status updates and provide clarity to all stakeholders, including the team, on progress towards the agreed milestones. Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality. Drive cloud Azure DevOps lifecycle management, Agile sprint planning and sprint/release retrospectives, and ensure continuous integration. Measure release effectiveness, leveraging data trends and metrics to improve the overall customer experience. Conduct release readiness, milestone, and business go/no-go reviews, as well as lead the hyper care process. Establish standardization and consistent release management processes globally and cross department coordination of release functions.
