Class A Team Drivers – Earn $216,000–$254,000 Annually, Pet-Friendly, Full Benefits, and Modern Trucks

  • Average mileage: 6,000–7,000 miles per week.
  • Average weekly pay: $2,430–$2,835 per driver

What We Expect from You:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience (OTR, regional, or local).
  • Team Compatibility: Both drivers must live within 100 miles of each other.
  • Clean Driving Record :
    • No failed or refused DOT drug tests (SAP completions are not accepted).
    • Accidents: No more than 2 DOT-recordable accidents in 3 years, excluding major incidents like rear-end preventables or rollovers.
    • Traffic Violations: No commercial vehicle violations; up to 1 personal vehicle violation in the past 3 years is acceptable.
  • Background: No felonies in the last 7 years or misdemeanors in the past 3 years (no exceptions for sexual crimes).
  • Employment History : No recent terminations from your last job,and no more than six (6) driving jobs in the past three (3) years
